Giving and Receiving Feedback Workshop

Navigate the feedback process, feel good.

Asking for feedback often feels uncomfortable.

Have you had one of these experiences?

  • You feel vulnerable sharing your work, so you wait for it to be perfect;

  • Or you share your work with multiple people and then feel stuck, unsure which feedback to take;

  • Or you receive feedback so demoralizing that you drop your project for a month which turns into a year or longer.

Improve your ask

Your work needs feedback.

To avoid the pitfalls of not asking for feedback getting stuck with ‘bad’ feedback, this workshop helps you define your personal plan:

  • identify your feedback needs

  • design your feedback strategy

  • map out a way to manage difficult feedback

The Workshop

  • Identify Your Needs

    Your needs include your project summary, project goals and feedback goals. These are the foundation for a positive feedback process.

  • Design Your Strategy

    Your strategy will include who to ask, what to ask and when to ask.

  • Manage Feedback

    Create a plan to filter your feedback. Separate the useful from the unhelpful input and decide how to move forward.

The next time you need feedback, whether high level impressions or specific suggestions, you’ll feel confident sharing your work and filtering the input you receive.
